Delivery Information
DELIVERY; SHIPPING
(a) Seller will deliver the Products within a reasonable time after receipt of Buyer’s purchase order, subject to availability. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and depend on the timely receipt of all necessary information from Buyer.
If Buyer causes any delay in shipment or completion, Seller shall be entitled to recover all resulting costs and expenses. Seller shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage in transit, and failure to meet estimated delivery dates shall not constitute a breach of contract.
(b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Seller will deliver the Products to the location specified in the Sales Confirmation (the “Delivery Location”), using its standard packaging and shipping methods. (Wooden packing restrictions: see additional information.)
Buyer shall take delivery within three (3) days of Seller’s notice of availability. If Buyer fails to do so, Buyer shall be responsible for all storage costs and related expenses.
Seller may, at its sole discretion, make partial shipments without liability or penalty. Each shipment shall be treated as a separate sale, and Buyer shall pay for all units delivered, whether in full or partial fulfillment of the order.
Buyer is responsible for obtaining all required import licenses, permits, and approvals at its own expense and must provide them prior to shipment.
(c) The quantity recorded by Seller at dispatch shall be deemed accurate unless Buyer provides conclusive evidence to the contrary.
Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery unless Buyer provides written notice within five (5) days of the expected delivery date. Seller’s liability shall be limited, at its option, to:

replacing the Products within a reasonable time, or

adjusting the invoice to reflect the actual quantity delivered.
(d) Returns & Customs (for reference)
If a returned item is shipped internationally, the package must be clearly marked “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
Seller is not responsible for any customs fees on returned items; such costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
All refunds are subject to a minimum 10% administrative fee. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any additional expenses incurred by Seller in receiving the returned goods.
Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
